• Pickup and and Drop Off is at 1200 (so you get a full 24 hours)

• Early pickup or late drop off can be arranged if the van is available for an additional fee (up to $10/hour)

• Renters must always be aware of height restriction (11'0”) and weight (9000lbs/4.5 tons)

• House battery must not go below 50%

• There is no cleaning fee, but up to $100 may be charged if the van is returned excessively dirty

• Additional $15 fee applied if diesel tank is not full

• Renters must empty grey water tank and liquid portion of the composting toilet prior to return (fee will apply if not emptied)

• Bring your own drinking water. The fresh water tank is for washing only.

• 1 well behaved puppy under 35lbs is welcome for free

• No one-way rentals
